Man Buys Cow Dung off of Amazon and Eats It

I woke up with a couple of WhatsApp groups having received the same meme overnight. It was this picture of a supposed Amazon review of cow dung in which the user ate the cow dung and thought it was unhygienic.

Now, I have been on the internet so long to figure out it was indeed a photoshopped image which is what most such memes are. Being the curious person that I am I decided to have a look at the product and if the review in question is there. I go to amazon.in and type cow dung and among the results, there it was, the one I was looking for. I swiftly headed to user reviews and saw the review in all its glory. The review went like this,

It tasted very bad when I ate it. It was grass-like and muddy in taste. I got loose motions after that. Please be a little more hygienic while manufacturing. Also, pay attention to the taste and crunchiness of this product.

It did not take much work to figure out that it was just a troll and not an actual customer. Most certainly he did not eat the cow dung. His user profile shows two reviews made so far, both of which are same and are made on “Cow dung”. This did not, however, stop people on social media to use this meme for their amusement, which in all honesty is what it is for.

So no, the man did not buy the cow dung from Amazon and critic its taste, its just a troll doing its job.
